Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Juicy Knockout Deals (“we”) collects, how we use and protect it, and your choices.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address; the items you bought and what you paid.
• If you create an account: your name, email, a securely hashed password (we can't read it), and whether you turned on two-step verification.
• If you report a problem with an item: your description and any photos you upload.
• If you contact us: your name, email, optional order number and your message.
• Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details, used for security (bot and fraud prevention, rate limiting) and kept in our security logs.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, returns and questions, and send order, tracking, delivery and account emails.
• To run your optional account (sign-in, order history, linking guest orders placed with your confirmed email).
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations such as tax records.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store, each bound by its own privacy and security obligations:

• Stripe (payments, refunds, sales-tax calculation)
• Shippo and the carriers (USPS, UPS) to create shipping and return labels and deliver packages
• Resend (transactional email)
• Vercel, Neon and Cloudflare (website hosting, database, image and private file storage)
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on sign-in, sign-up, checkout and contact forms)

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, for example in a payment dispute.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one to keep your checkout secure, one to keep you signed in if you have an account, and a short-lived one that lets a guest view a single order after clicking a secure email link. Your cart is stored in your own browser. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we protect it

All traffic uses HTTPS. Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, return descriptions and contact messages are encrypted in our database on top of the database's own encryption. Return photos are stored privately and only our staff can view them. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Staff access requires two-factor authentication and is logged. Guests can only open an order through a one-time link sent to the email on that order.

How long we keep it

• Orders: we keep your name, email, phone and street address for about 2 years after an order (for returns, warranty questions and card disputes), then erase them automatically. We keep order totals, items, and the city/state/ZIP of shipments longer because tax law requires it.
• Accounts: until you delete the account.
• Abandoned checkouts: deleted after 30 days.
• Return photos and descriptions: erased together with the order's personal details. Contact messages: deleted after the same period. Both are deleted sooner on request.
• Stripe keeps its own payment records as financial regulations require.

Your choices and rights

• Access or correct your information: see it in My account or email us.
• Delete your account yourself in My account → Personal (we keep only what tax law requires, and erase the personal details on those records after the retention period).
• Delete all your data, including guest orders: email support@juicyknockoutdeals.com from the address you used. We'll verify the request and respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Utah or Virginia), state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We honor these requests for all customers.

Children

Our store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page, and email account holders about significant changes.
