Shipping Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states, plus APO/FPO/DPO via USPS). We don't ship internationally yet.

Shipping costs

  • Orders of $35 or more ship free. “Order” means the item subtotal before tax. We choose the carrier service (usually USPS Ground Advantage).
  • Orders under $35: choose USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground at checkout. You pay the live carrier rate for your address, shown before you pay.
  • Free local pickup in St. George, Utah. Free local pickup in St. George, UT. We'll email you within 1 business day to set a pickup time.

Processing and delivery time

Orders ship within 2 business days of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Transit time after shipping is typically 2–5 business days for USPS Ground Advantage and 1–5 business days for UPS Ground, depending on distance. Estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed by the carriers.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as the label is created, another when the package is on its way, and one when the carrier marks it delivered. Account holders can also follow orders in My account; guests can look up an order with the order number and email.

Address accuracy

We verify addresses with the carrier at checkout. Please double-check yours — if a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to reship (reshipping cost applies) or refund the item price.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes; choose USPS for P.O. box addresses.

Lost or damaged packages

If your item arrives damaged, use “There's an issue with my item” on your order within 14 days of delivery and add photos; we'll make it right. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. See our Returns Policy.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address (or our St. George location for local pickup) where required by law.
