These terms apply when you use juicyknockoutdeals.com or buy from Juicy Knockout Deals (“we”, “us”), a resale business in St. George, Utah. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

1. What we sell

Most of our items are pre-owned, open-box, or new-old-stock, and most are one of a kind (a single unit). Each listing states the item's condition (New, New – open box, Used – like new, Used – good, Used – fair, Refurbished, or For parts / not working) and shows photos of the actual item. Normal wear consistent with the stated condition is expected. We test items where practical and note what we tested. Brand names belong to their owners; we aren't affiliated with them unless we say so, and manufacturer warranties may not apply to resold items.

2. Prices, availability and holds

Prices are in US dollars. When you start checkout we hold the items for you for a short time (about 15 minutes, longer while you're on the payment page) so no one else can buy them. If the hold expires, the items are released. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable at the same moment your payment completes (for example, it sold through another channel), we cancel that order and refund you in full automatically. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we email a confirmation. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.

4. Shipping and local pickup

We ship within the United States. Orders of $35 or more (item subtotal before tax) ship free; smaller orders can choose USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground at live carrier rates. Free local pickup in St. George, Utah may be available. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package or when you pick it up. See the Shipping Policy.

5. Problems, returns and refunds

Report a problem with an item within 14 days of delivery using “There's an issue with my item”. See the Returns Policy for how returns and refunds work.

6. Accounts

An account is optional; you can always check out as a guest. If you create one, keep your password private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. You must confirm your email address before the account is active. You can delete your account at any time from My account → Personal; we keep the order records the law requires (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no scraping that overloads it, automated purchasing, fraud, attempts to access accounts, orders or data that aren't yours, or uploading anything unlawful (including in return photos or messages).

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our policies or required by law, items are sold in the condition described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
